- Overture: Beauty and the Beast start with a beautiful instrumental overture before telling the story of how the prince came to be cursed.
- Aria (lyrics): Audra McDonald sings at one of the prince's lavish parties at his castle in a flashback to the night he was cursed.
- Belle (lyrics): Belle introduces the main character of the story. The song reveals that she is a girl of beauty beyond comparison, but she is also considered strange and peculiar due to the fact that she is so well-read.
- How Does a Moment Last Forever? (lyrics): Maurice, an artist and Belle's father, remembers the days when he used to live in Paris with his daughter and wife.
- Belle (Reprise) (lyrics): Belle wants more than to live in a small village, and she most certainly does not want to marry Gaston.
- Gaston (lyrics): Rejected by Belle, Gaston is feeling down. At the tavern, his friend LeFou reminds him of the many things that make Gaston the "man among men".
- Be Our Guest (lyrics): At the castle, the servants prepare a secret feast for Belle.
- Days in the Sun (lyrics): The Beast and the servants remember the days when they were still alive. Belle starts to see a change in herself.
- Something There (lyrics): Belle and the Beast slowly begin to grow fond of each other. The servants hope that their fondness might turn into love.
- How Does a Moment Last Forever? (2) (lyrics): The Beast takes Belle to Paris and shows her the small home she grew up in. Here, she learns that her mother died of the plague, and her father took her to Villeneuve to keep her safe.
- Beauty and the Beast (lyrics): Belle and the Beast have a dance together and enjoy a beautiful evening.
- Evermore (lyrics): As the Beast sets Belle free, he watches her ride away from the roof of the castle and thinks about his feelings towards her.
- The Mob Song (lyrics): Realizing the Beast is more than a made-up story, the villagers set off to find the castle and kill the Beast.
- Beauty and the Beast (Finale) (lyrics): When they are turned back into humans, the villagers remember the castle and its inhabitants, and all celebrate with a dance at the castle.
